I recently purchased this machine (not on amazon.) It is such a LEMON! Constant error messages during regular sewing and embroidery. I spent hours on the phone with service people trying to resolve the problem. I attempted to embroider 5 times. Every time the thread got jammed and knotted. Ripped my fabric twice. It never made it all the way through a design. It might be tempting to buy this machine for the price compared to others, but there must be a reason for the low price right?
