The purchase was seamless and easy. I live in Canada and it was very easy to receive the products. The quilt frame exceed my expectations. It came with a CD and written instructions. There was many screws and bolts but it was very easy to put together. I watched the CD and then followed the written instructions, you can do it yourself but it is easier when done with 2 people. No parts were missing, but if you have any parts are broken or missing Grace Company will promptly replace then with no issues. Be sure to register the purchase it makes it easier. The Juki sewing machine sews like a dream stitches are even and the speed control works well with the quilt frame.
