For one reason. Horrible customer service. I sewed over my needle the first week and dented the blades. The number from HSN shot me to India where they gave me another number that was always busy. Finally I got thier number in Canada. After being on hold for an HOUR, I ordered two sets of blades for $75. They were the wrong blades. I called again, wrong blades came, again.
